Drezen: Automatic Dog Washing Machine Manufacturer Since 2016
Drezen is a Chinese manufacturer of automatic dog washing machines, founded in 2016. Its factory is in Qing County, Cangzhou, Hebei, and its office is in Shijiazhuang. Drezen designs, builds and ships every machine itself and sells direct to businesses by quote.
We call ourselves an integrated hardware and software factory for pet businesses. Our own engineers handle the mechanical structure, the electronic controls and the software. Our production line covers sheet metal fabrication, assembly and electrical integration. That is why we can change a cabin's color, logo, payment system or interface language for your market without sending the job to anyone else.
The machines are built for daily commercial duty: a galvanized steel body, IP65-rated core components, an emergency stop button, and leakage detection that cuts the power automatically. On site, a cabin needs a water inlet, a drain and power. Nothing else.
Every machine is inspected and tested before it leaves the factory, and every SE-2025A and FA-2025A comes with a 1-year warranty and lifetime after-sales support. When you call, you reach the people who built your machine.

Ozone-Treated Water
A built-in ozone processor converts tap water into ozonated water throughout the bath. Ozonated water supports cleaning and helps reduce odor-causing contaminants. It then breaks down into oxygen shortly after use.
Ultra-Fine Mist
Water leaves the nozzles as a fine, dispersed spray from 360° around the dog. The spray wets the coat evenly and is designed to reduce water entering the eyes and ears. It also keeps each wash to 20–30 liters.
Smart Controls
Your customers get a 21.5-inch touchscreen. You get a remote backend: set prices and opening hours, check wash data, and run memberships, session packages and coupons.
Five independent shampoo dispensers
Each dispenser holds a different product: skin care, deep cleaning, deodorizing, hypoallergenic, insect repellent, conditioner. The machine doses automatically at a set ratio, so a thick double coat and a short-haired terrier both get the right amount. You choose what to stock, and the dispenser count can be customized.
Dual operating modes
One button runs the whole cycle: wash, shampoo, rinse, disinfection, dry. Switch to manual and the customer controls water, shampoo and drying themselves from the 21.5-inch touchscreen. The SE-2025A offers both. The FA-2025A runs fully automatic only, which is what you want on an unattended site.
Constant water and air temperature
A thermostatic heater with high-precision sensors holds the water at a set temperature, and the warm air dries at a steady temperature too. Nobody gets a cold rinse in February or an overheated dry in August. It’s one less thing a customer can get wrong.

Wet
Water leaves 360 degree nozzles as an ultra-fine mist that spreads across the coat instead of driving into it, and the spray is shaped to keep water away from eyes and ears. A thermostatic heater holds the temperature steady, so January feels like July inside the cabin.
Wash
Five dispensers meter shampoo and conditioner automatically. You decide what goes in them: hypoallergenic, deodorizing, coat care, your own house brand.
Rinse and sanitize
An ozone generator turns the supply water into ozonated water through the bath. It supports cleaning, cuts odor, then breaks back down into oxygen. UV adds a second stage.
Dry
Warm air at a held temperature, 27 fans on the SE-2025A and 30 on the FA-2025A, spread around the cabin so no single spot takes the blast. Filtered fresh air comes in throughout, so the cabin never turns stuffy.

How the Drezen Ozone Therapy System Keeps the Cabin Clean
The Ozone Therapy System is Drezen's name for the ozone and UV system built into the SE-2025A and FA-2025A. A built-in generator turns supply water into ozonated water during the bath. After the dog leaves, ozone, ozonated water and dual UV lamps sanitize the empty cabin.

Drezen designs and builds every cabin at its factory in Qing County, Cangzhou, Hebei, China, and sells direct. There is no distributor between you and the people who made your machine, and no distributor margin in the price.
Bodies are galvanized steel sheet with an anti-rust, scratch-resistant surface treatment. Every unit goes through traceable quality control during production and is inspected and tested before shipping. Machines leave the factory in wooden crates for container loading, and removable bottom rollers make positioning on site easier.
After delivery, every SE-2025A and FA-2025A is covered by a 1-year warranty and lifetime after-sales support.

A Drezen SE-2025A measures 1880 × 1430 × 1672 mm and an FA-2025A measures 1100 × 1100 × 2134 mm (length × width × height). The FA-2025A suits tighter sites; the SE-2025A needs more floor space but adds a manual mode.
Requirements vary by machine model. We can provide the relevant water, drainage and electrical specifications before installation.
For unattended sites, Drezen recommends the FA-2025A, which is fully automatic and has the smaller footprint. Where staff are on site or customers want hands-on control, Drezen recommends the SE-2025A, the only model with a manual mode. For large breeds, check fit first: the FA-2025A washing chamber is 535 × 820 × 870 mm. Dogs of Almost every size can fit in these machines.
Yes. Drezen builds OEM machines with your color, logo, pattern, structure, functions, payment system, software, multilingual interface and dispenser count. For ODM, Drezen develops a new pet washing machine from your concept in six stages: requirement analysis, product design, manufacturing, testing, mass production and delivery.
In a Drezen automatic dog washing machine, the customer pays on the touchscreen and starts the program. A 360° fine mist wets the coat, shampoo and conditioner are dosed automatically, warm air dries the coat in 20–25 minutes, and ozone, ozonated water and UV sanitize the empty cabin afterwards.
Routine maintenance on a Drezen machine is a regular refill of shampoo and conditioner, plus a cabin check and cleaning every 2–4 weeks.
